Excellent bullet performance on hogs and deer. Shoots better in my upper than anything else. If you want a supersonic bullet in the .300 Blackout and haven’t found a lighter bullet weight that shoots well, try these; you won’t be disappointed.

I bought this ammo to hunt whitetails in Michigan. It was a great shot out of my rifle of the ar style. I own the 3.5 power scope. At 100 yards, I was shooting in tight groups. The issue I’m facing with the grain is that of my bullet. It’s between the common super and sub sonic bullets which means that if you’re using an optic that has dropped calibration that is predetermined such as an acog, for instance, it will not be compatible using the calibration drop. Also, I had an error firing 12 shots in one of the boxes. I was fortunate enough to get one buck using this ammunition and was disappointed with the results. I fired the deer’s 150 lbs from an uninvolved tree stand just 10 yards away. It did not even bleed. I retrieved him the following morning, 160 yards away. I discovered that the bullet struck two ribs and damaged one lung, but did not exit the animal. This made for a challenging track. I believe the bullet could be more effective in the event that it was could be held together. It’s a great bullet for larger coyotes.

The ammo isn’t able to match-accuracy for my 16″ 300 blk, but the ammunition is very effective with huge whitetail. I was able to harvest a huge 5 year old 200 + 10 point buck weighing a pound using the ammo. Chest shot taken from an elevated stand was suppressed at 20 yards. The internal damage was amazing and bullet placement was crucial . The heart was completely destroyed, and the deer bolted and rolled over fallen trees for 10 miles to my right of my DRT . I could not be happier , as this the first time I’ve seen a whitetail shot using this rifle and ammo, and I was satisfied.

This bullet does a great job on deer. My only issue with this round is it jams in my chamber. I have broken a charging handle on the range trying to get the unfired cartridge out of the barrel. Ended up using a cleaning rod and a hammer to drive the round out as a buddy pulled on the charging handle. The brass on the neck peeled back. Contacted Winchester about the problem I was having, but never got a reply. If it wasn’t for locking up my rifle I would still be shooting this bullet.
